The purpose of the publication is to highlight the results of the latest research and achievements of legal science in all aspects of social and economic development of Ukraine and the world community.
The objectives of the publication are:
- publication of articles on current issues of state and law, theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal doctrines, public law, private law, criminology, criminology, forensic science, operational and investigative activities, law enforcement, judiciary, prosecution and advocacy, international law and international relations, philosophy of law, national security;
- promoting of the development of domestic legal science, its theoretical and practical achievements in conjunction with other areas of socio-humanitarian knowledge, including philosophy, sociology, political science, history, psychology, etc;
- to strengthen scientific contacts between researchers at the national and international levels.
For researchers, institutions of higher education, legal professionals, students, for a wide range of researchers, lawyers and employees of various spheres of legal activity.
